For example, we use your camera access to allow you to take photos of your job site to attach to your Field Reports. We use your Contacts to suggest email addressees when sending Field Reports.

How can users opt out of data collection?

You can disable location and camera access through the app settings. If you have any concerns, you can contact our customer support for assistance.

App Permissions

• Calendar: As a time tracking app, we collect your location, time, camera, and network information to help you more easily log your time to your jobs, and send info about those jobs back to your office.
• Camera: We use camera access to allow you to take photos of your job site to attach to your Field Reports.
• Contacts: We use your contacts to suggest email addressees when sending Field Reports.
• Location: We need location data to handle location enabled check in and check out features, such as Roll Call. We request location access while the app is in use or always, depending on your selection.
• Photos: We allow you to select photos from your Photo Library to attach to Field Reports.
